My Story
AccountableHR is owned and managed by me, Julianne Murphy since 2008. I am a contractor, not a consultant. Where a consultant is happy to propose and go, I propose, plan and action. I choose AccountableHR as the name for my business because it reflects the accountability I feel towards my clients and getting work done. I am a tenacious and level headed HR professional with over 20 years experience. I have a passion for working with employers, in different industries, at different stages of growth, with different needs. No matter what their circumstances I believe I can have a positive impact on their day-to-day operations. I am well-versed in HR strategies, but it does not stop there. I am experienced in Digital Strategy, Data Protection, Executive Coaching, Health and Safety Management, Food Safety Management, Bespoke Training Design and Delivery and Communication Strategies. I have years of experience working in ISO environments and was part of a small but mighty team that successfully achieved ISO27001 certification.
I work tirelessly to provide the best service to my clients, and never fail to keep their best interests at heart. Flexible, tech-savvy, and pragmatic, I am always ready to make a difference and support my clients; with a focus on being impactful and never backing away from making hard decisions, I love a challenge.
